Returns

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original packaging
• Products must be unused and in sellable condition
• You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please contact us at contact@keytobeauty.com before sending any items back. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used supplements and cosmetics
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
